Škoda Kamiq is on sketches. The Chinese namesake can not differ more

Kamiq got the front lights divided by other Škoda SUVs and the rear lights are not like Scale, showing two sketches that the carmaker has recently published. The car will be presented at the beginning of March.

Several days after the name of the smallest crossover of the Škoda brand, which is a bit surprisingly the same as the name of a small crossover on the Chinese market, we have the first two swallows of the appearance of the European machine. That reminds of last year’s Vision X study is self-evident.

The headlamp layout also recalls the Karoq and Kodiaq models, but it is still different – the thinner top is the daytime running LED, the main headlamps are a bit below. This idea is not new, a few years ago, Citroën has come with it.

The Scale-like lights will be captured from the rear and the Škoda inscription instead of the logo.

At the back we see the Scala-like lanterns, that is, without the C-shaped C-shaped – you have to think it along with the reflectors. And in the spirit of brand new fashion on the fifth door the logo is missing; retreated to the inscription of Škoda.

We know about Kamiqu, for example, that he will stand on the MQB A0 platform and therefore will not be technically related to Kamiq in China – he uses the significantly older PQ34 platform. And also to be present at the Geneva Motor Show, which will take place in the first half of March.
